The Certification Track uses the secure, HIPAA compliant file sharing system Box.com. This service is covered by your administrative fee paid to The Gottman Institute.
Should I pay for additional storage?
You may be asked to pay a fee to upgrade your storage with Box. You should NOT pay for Box. You may be using a folder outside of the one provided by The Gottman Institute. Email training@gottman.com to confirm that you are using the appropriate folder.
If you move forward with a payment subscription to Box, The Gottman Institute cannot guarantee that you will receive your money back. You will need to contact Box customer service for next steps.
How do I receive access to my Box folder?
You will receive an invitation to join a Box folder from The Gottman Institute with the email address provided in your program application.
We recommend that you “Favorite” this folder to your browser so you can easily access it. If you need additional assistance, please contact training@gottman.com.
What size storage and capabilities do I get with my Box folder?
With this folder, you will be able to share and discuss videos, documents, and forms with your Consultant.
- 50GB per file uploaded
- Unlimited storage
- Editor permissions such as delete, rename, move, copy, upload, preview files and folders
- Unlimited access while in the program
Upon completion of the program, your folder will be permanently deleted from The Gottman Institute’s account.
