You should be able to access your training by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to Gottman.com/my-account
2. Log In to your account.
3. Click the Dashboard button to see a list of all your purchased online courses.
4. Click Launch Viewer for the course or digital materials that you wish to access.
If you've followed these steps and are not seeing the Launch Viewer button in your account, please submit a request to contact a support agent who can assist.
Note for Safari:
If you're using the "Safari" app to access the internet, and the settings on your device are set up to 'Block Pop-Ups' in the Safari app, the "Launch Viewer" button will not work to play the training videos. Please disable this setting and allow pop-ups in the Safari app and you should be able to watch your videos.
